As part of our project management setup, we created a Jira account and successfully integrated it with our Slack workspace to enhance team collaboration and enable real-time notifications. We followed the steps below:

The Jira Software website was accessed via https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira, and the “Get it free” option was selected.
"Jira Software Cloud" was chosen, followed by the creation of an Atlassian account using Google credentials.
An email verification link was sent and successfully clicked to confirm the account.
During setup, a unique site name was created (thecloudsquad-tcs.atlassian.net) This domain is used to access the Jira workspace for project management.
A project template was chosen based on the team’s needs. The “Team-managed” template was selected, which allows more autonomy over settings within the project.
Team members were invited as needed, and issues (tasks/tickets) were added to the project board for tracking.
We set up the project “BANK APP Deployment” to be able to create issues,
